Idea for an Event?

The club leaders plan twelve different events per year (one per month) but members can host their own events anytime:

1. Pick an event that you like to do - a hobby, a place you've wanted to visit, a restaurant you've want to eat at
   
2. Pick a date - preferably a couple of weeks in advance to get it on the monthly email calendar
   
3. Schedule the event on this website - it will get on the monthly email calendar automatically
4. Send an email to the appropriate
